As a HomeTec Associate, you can earn weekly commissions on your personal sales and on the sales of other Associates in your organization. HomeTec offers two separate compensation plans – the Career Plan and the Business Plan.
The Career Plan
* The Pro Pack 3 is only available in Connecticut, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, and Washington.
The Career Plan pays you one-time upfront bonuses on the sale of HomeTec Professional packs.
PERSONAL SALES - For each personal sale of a Pro Pack 10,you will earn a $100 Retail Bonus. For each personal sale of a Pro Pack 3, you will earn a $50 Retail Bonus. If you sell a Total Solutions Membership as part of the Pro Pack and use a voucher you will earn a $50 retail bonus on the Pro Pack 10 and no retail bonus on the Pro Pack 3. Beginning with your 3rd Pro Pack sale (and all personal Pro Pack sales thereafter), you are qualified to earn an additional $100 Career Bonus on Pro Pack 10 sales and $50 on Pro Pack 3 sales.
You will continue to be paid a $100/$50 Career Bonus on the first two Pro Pack sales of everyone in your genealogy beginning with your 3rd leg and beyond.
TEAM SALES - Each time one of your personally sponsored Associates earns a Career Bonus, you’ll receive a $75/$25 Career Matching Bonus on the Pro Pack 10 and Pro Pack 3 sales respectively.
QUALIFICATIONS - You can qualify for Career Pay in two different ways. (1) Instantly qualify by purchasing your own Pro Pack. (2) Qualify by making 5 Pro Pack sales. These 5 sales will be assigned to your upline. After your 5th sale you will have earned a place in the Career Plan genealogy and you can start building your own Career Plan income beginning with your next Pro Pack sale.

The Business Plan
The Business Plan pays you weekly fast-start commissions and residuals on the sale of the Home Solutions and Total Solutions Memberships.
- 1. For every Total Solutions membership that you personally sell you will be paid a $30* commission the following week.
- 2. Whenever one of your personally enrolled Member/Associate sells a Total Solutions membership you will be paid a $10** commission the following week.
- 3. Each week you will be paid $1.50† for each Total Solutions member who purchases or renews their monthly membership that week, within your organization for 5 levels.
- 4. EXECUTIVE PAY -If you have personally sold 25 HomeTec Memberships and they are in good standing or if you personally sell 10 memberships and at least 5 of those sell 5 each, you are qualified for Executive Pay. Your Executive Pay ($1.50) begins on your level 6 and has the potential to pay infinite levels. The HomeTec compensation plan pays 3 generations of Executive Pay. Your second generation will begin 6 levels below the 1st person in your downline who qualifies for Executive Pay. Your third generation will begin 6 levels below the 2nd person in your downline who qualifies for Executive Pay. Once you are qualified for Executive Pay, you are guaranteed at least 8 levels of commissions.
- 5. DIRECTOR BONUSES -If you have personally sold 5 HomeTec Memberships and they are in good standing, you will earn a 100% match of the monthly bonuses and Executive Pay of everyone you have personally sponsored. If you sponsor someone and their monthly bonuses and Executive Pay is $2,500, you will earn a director bonus of $2,500. If you sponsor 5 people who each earn a monthly bonuses and Executive Pay of $2,500, then your director bonus would be $12,500.
