What is covered by my TotalProtect® Home Warranty Program?

Your TotalProtect® Home Warranty covers your air conditioning system, furnace, heat pumps, ductwork, exhaust fans, oven/stove/range, built-in trash compactors, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, water heater, electrical system, plumbing system, garbage disposal, ceiling fans and garage door openers.

How does a home warranty work?

Once a covered item breaks down, you will need to call the TotalProtect® Home Warranty Program anytime, day or night, even on holidays.

How many times can I use my home warranty?

You can use your TotalProtect® Home Warranty coverage as many times as needed, up to a maximum benefit of $50,000 per year.

What benefits are offered through the Homeowner Protection Benefits Program and how would I file a claim?

* The Homeowner Protection benefits will help to ensure adequate shelter if your home suffers a loss or a disaster strikes, and you may be forced to live in a hotel for a few days or an apartment for months. The benefit covers up to $1,000 on each of the following: Home deductible Reimbursement, Emergency Cash, and Mortgage Reimbursement (up to $1,000 per month for 6 months) and up to $1,500 for Emergency Cash ($250 per day for up to 6 days). How do I file a claim for reimbursement on my auto deductible benefit?

To file a claim call USA+ at 800-872-1187 within 45 days from the date of the accident.

Does the auto deductible cover everyone in my household?

* Yes, everyone with full coverage auto insurance. The auto deductible reimbursement benefit pays up to $500 of the auto deductible on covered auto insurance claims if the damage amount exceeds the deductible.

How do I know if my product qualifies for the Extended Service Protection?

* Home appliances that are not built in, including audio equipment, computers, televisions, power tools and home electric equipment are products that qualify for the Extended Service Protection. Coverage is limited to the actual repair or replacement cost or the cost of the item as recorded on the sales receipt up to $1,000 per claim.

How am I protected from identity theft?

You have up to $25,000 expense reimbursement coverage and up to $1 million in unauthorized electronic fund transfer from your personal deposit or savings accounts.
